Former Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jim McNamara has assumed the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and industry veteran Kathy Boyd has joined the firm as COO. These changes support Sente’s tradition of innovative leadership and continuous improvement of its successful practices and tools, challenging how people manage their test environments.
